Mid Century credenza mfg by ROMWEBER - in an exceedingly rare "highly stylized Gothic Revival" form. Brass caps on feet - back feet identical to front feet - walnut veneers - oak interiors - with original glass - in very near mint vintage condition. Of all the traditional revivals interpreted into Mid Century Modern styles - Gothic - especially a piece as subtle as this - is among the most difficult to find.

ROMWEBER Mfg had been around since the turn of the century making very high quality furniture. ROMWEBER pieces always have the air of quality, style and fore thought. Outstanding craftsmanship is evident throughout - with burl woods, brass pulls, brass feet caps and AN ALL OAK interior wood.
